All of this in the name of money. There is no short cut to weight. There's not short cut to become obese, people don't wake up over night and bam they are 50 pounds over weight. It's a process that happens over time, however the beauty of proper nutrition and exercise is that the weight comes off faster then it goes on. No pill will ever be created that will get the same benefits that committing to a good health regime. Love what you do. Ginny,
