I am loving Boot Camp! Okay so on my first day I ran 1/4 mile in 1.03; did 16 cruches/pushup in 30 seconds…this was on Monday June 6.
At the morning workout on Wednesday, June 8, I surpassed 16 (whoo-hoo!)
We did drills where I had to run from one cone to the next (don’t know the actual distance), do 5 pushups/5 crunches run back to the first cone and back to do another set of crunches and pushups.
The next set of exercises were with the bands, followed by 2 sets of pushups, crunches, sit downs, bicycles, and burpies….Whoa!
I was surprised that I felt great when it was over.
I’ve also made some changes to my nutrition and I think it’s helping. My breakfast consisted of a Shaklee Chocolate Cinch shake with 1/2 banana, Shaklee Physique after workout, yogurt for lunch, with a chicken sandwich on wheat.
I can already feel a difference in my eating habits. I don’t seem hungry as much but if I do feel a craving going on…I slice up some snap peas, bell peppers, or grab a fruit.
