Small Group Personal Training: Increased accountability.  Let’s face it, once you get to know your personal trainer, you can stand him/her up in the blink of an eye with a phone call. So, we make it more difficult for you to miss a class.

Small Group Personal Training means you get the best of Boot Camp (make friends, have workout buddies) with the best of one-on-one training (small groups means more individual, one-on-one attention than a Boot Camp).

Our trainers know you, know your issues and he  modifies/intensifies the workout just for you.  And, you can share the warm up/cool-down and parts of class with others.  This means when you don’t show up, you’re not just standing up your trainer, you’re standing up the group…and no one wants to do that.
