- Determine Your Goals. You’re ready to hire a trainer. Now what? Step one for us is to determine what, exactly, do you want to achieve while working out with us? Without specific goals for what you you want to achieve, how will you ever know if you’re successful? How will you know your trainer is doing a good job? We talk to you about what you want from us and then work with you to craft a plan to get you there.
- Establish Your Base. What is your fitness level today? We take baseline measurements and photographs of where you are today, so we can chart your progress. We also conduct a movement and posture analysis. Muscle imbalances and postural issues can have a tremendous effect on how your body moves through exercise. If posture and movement are not addressed from the beginning, your exercising could actually make things worse for you.
- Design Your Program. We then design a program tailored to address your unique goals and the way that your body moves.
- Implement Your Program. Your trainer provides the plan and accountability, you implement your program and together, you establish new habits and overcome the obstacles that may have kept you from reaching your goals in the past.
- Assess Your Success. We check your progress every 4 weeks to make sure you are hitting your goals, staying on track and conquering your challenges.
All of our Personal Training is done as Small Group Personal Training.
Why Small Group Personal Training?
Small Group increases your accountability and your success. As you get to know your trainer, it gets a little easier to miss a session, rearrange your schedule, etc. With Small Group Personal Training, you will be getting individual attention from your trainer coupled with the camaraderie of working with no more than 6 other people. The others in your group will continue to motivate and inspire you, along with your trainer, making sure you get the results you want and the body you desire.
It’s the perfect combination of connecting with a group of like-minded individuals, but getting more attention than you do in a Boot Camp. Your trainer knows you and your workout and you don’t have to pay the high-price of one-on-one training. And, our Small Group Training is unlimited. You can workout just a day or two per week or up to 6 days per week, depending on your schedule, your goals and your life. No worries about missing a session, we have multiple sessions throughout the day.
