Fuel Your Life is the missing link in your nutrition program. Once you complete our Nutrition KickStart Program, you are ready to go. You have all of the tools you need to change your diet immediately. What we have found, after a few years of doing our Nutrition KickStart Program, is that some of our clients need more. That’s what Fuel Your Life is all about…giving you more of what you need.
Fuel Your Life gives you the additional support and accountability you need to cement your new, healthy eating habits into your life. The first few days of change are pretty easy, you’re excited, pumped up and ready for change. Many of our clients are able to take their meal plan and run with it, so to speak. Jeff Davis is the perfect example of that. Once he got his meal plan, he never looked back. He lost 30 pounds and completely changed his life.
Sometimes, you need more support. Fuel Your Life walks you through the process of making the changes and making them stick.
Here’s how it works:
Week 1: Nutrition KickStart meeting. Meet Jade, our Nutrition Coach, get your plan, get your supplements (they’re included in the program), go shopping, get started.
Week 2: Meet with Jade and talk about how the plan is working. She will offer advice and tweaks if you need them. She’ll also check your food journal to make sure you’re on track.
Week 3: You’re on your own, testing the program, working with it and making it your own.
Week 4: Meet with Jade to re-assess how it’s going and talk about making substitutions in your plan, begin making your own meals.
Week 5: On your own once again, working on what you and Jade discussed in Week 4.
Week 6: Meet with Jade. Final wrap-up, confirmation of your newly established eating pattern.
Throughout the program, Jade will check your food and fitness journal at your one-on-one meetings as well as randomly throughout the program. This is an unlimited service during the plan. You also get unlimited phone/e-mail access to Jade throughout the course of your program. If you have a question at any time, contact her and she can help you stay on track with your plan.
