Lost: 6 Inches and 4.5 Pounds!

I am feeling great! I have more energy and am eating the right foods. I know I wouldn't workout on my own so I am really grateful for boot camp and the friends that I have made.  I like being with a group of people that want to get their energy and life back. Exercise is Becoming a Habit!

One More Successful Week!

What a week!  My husband and kids just returned from visiting family on the east coast for a month, my school work piled up and, of course, my regular work here at AlaskaFit.  But I did find a way to keep up with my Boot Camp workouts...it's a good thing they're at 3 different times during the day...it let's me work it in when I can. Seeing the Changes

My workouts are going so great!  After only six weeks and I tell the difference in my body's strength and cardio endurance.
