I’ve been so busy updating FaceBook that I’ve neglected our website!
Here are some pics and videos from our new home.

It’s not about getting into shape, it’s about getting into life!
Congratulations Maureen!
You may remember, that Maureen joined us because she attempted Flat Top last year and not only didn’t make it to the top, was discouraged at how many people (who were waaaay older than her) passed her up during her climb (click here to watch her video).
Her goal this year was to make it to the top on her birthday. And she did it! Not only that, she sprinted the last few steps and felt great throughout the whole thing. And, more importantly, she has set her next goal. This is the key to staying on track with health and fitness. Constantly challenge yourself, think about your next goal as you near completion of the first goal. Set the goal, achieve it and set the next one.
Here’s what Maureen had to say about boot camp and her birthday present to herself:
Hi Ginny,
And here’s what the top of Flat Top looks like.
Thank you to everyone who came out this morning for our Summer Solstice celebration Boot Camp! We had a great turnout and a lot of fun! See you next time!
Colleen joined AlaskaFit Boot Camp for 6 weeks and now has achieved the coveted 1-year T-shirt from AlaskaFit. She shares why she just can’t leave!

Muareen lost 11 inches in 8 weeks in our Your Best Body Spring Challenge. She has even bigger goals for herself now and is staying on track, continuing her lifestyle changes.
Join us on August 20, 2011 for our next Your Best Body Challenge and change your life!
If you’re not in Boot Camp, here’s what you’re missing! Great workouts with great friends.
We have our first pic of a Challenger showing off! Go Deanna! Perched on top of her stationary bike in her living room, Deanna shares her fab muscle pic and here’s what she says about being in the Best Body Challenge:
“I love that I am actually able to eat more! I don’t feel like I’m on a “diet” and I’m fueling my muscles the RIGHT way! Thank you for your knowledge that you’re sharing! I have learned so much about taking breaks when needed and about eating to fuel my body! What a great class. These muscles are actually riding the stationary bike in this picture.. I don’t know if you can actually see that!
Thanks Ginny for making this so much fun! ~ Deanna”
C’mon Challengers, show off, post your pics below or send them to me via e-mail!
