- We work with you to build a strong base of balance and stability.
- We layer strength and endurance on top of your base.
- We address nutrition…are you fueling your success or sabotaging it?

- We focus on your long-term health and wellness, teaching you what can you do right now, today, to maintain your health tomorrow.
As the driving force behind AlaskaFit, Ginny ensures that all of the trainers on her AlaskaFit team work with you on everything listed above and lots more. Why? Because it’s not just about getting into shape, it’s about getting into life!

Nicki and Eddie believe that the combination of Asana (yogic postures) and Pranayama (conscious breathing) with alignment, philosophy, and a sense of humor creates a sustainable lifelong yoga practice.

She completed 200 Hours of Teacher Training in Maya Yoga with Nicki Doane & Eddie Modestini in April 2008 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She also completed an additional 44 hours of teacher training with Shiva Rea (“Embodying the Flow”) in April of 2007.
